SERENE MIND

Serene Mind helps to bring your attention inward, and move from a stressed state into a calm state. Over time, this meditation practice helps to erode tendencies to move into stress frequently by activating the prefrontal cortex and reducing activity in the amygdala.

Steps:

  1. Take three conscious and deep breaths
  2. Recognise your inner emotional state: is it a suffering state (fear, worry, restlessness), or a beautiful state (calm, joy, love, gratitude etc.)
  3. Recognise the direction of your thoughts: future, past, or present
  4. Imagine a tiny flame in the middle of your eyebrows, move it into the middle of your brain, and hold your attention on this flame

When to practice: It’s great to practice it anytime you feel stress or disturbance. It is the tool which can easily be practiced multiple times per day.

Duration: around 3-5 minutes.

SOUL SYNC

Soul Sync is designed to deeply calm your body and mind and transcend your mind by moving your awareness from a limited consciousness into a limitless consciousness. It fosters a state of Oneness where life is effortless, allowing you to take action, make decisions, achieve goals, and solve challenges from a state of calm and clarity. It also helps to manifest heartfelt intentions into reality.

Steps:

Tipp: To count 8 breaths touch your fingertips: first breath is thumb + index finger, second is thumb + middle finger etc.)

  1. 8 conscious deep breaths, observe the breath flow
  2. 8 times deeply inhale, and on exhalation make a humming sound, focus on the forehead and feel the vibration
  3. 8 conscious deep breaths, notice the natural pause between every inhale and exhale
  4. 8 times deeply inhale, and on exhalation softly chant the mantra aham - I’m limitless consciousness, feel expanding into a limitless field of consciousness
  5. Touch your thumb with the index finger on both hands and hold this position, breathe naturally and feel yourself and everything that exists dissolving into light.
  6. Hold any one heartfelt intention from that calm and expanded state. Visualise and feel as if it’s already happening right in front of you.

When to practice: It's great to start the day with Soul Sync, but you can also do it anytime during the day.

Duration: around 15 minutes.

HEALTH PRACTICE

Health practice is a guided breathing practice that include gentle cyclic breathing and breath retention techniques. You can simply follow the instructions in the video.

When to practice: It's great to practice it in the morning, but also good to do anytime in the day.

Duration: 15 minutes.
